Maximum comfort meets revolutionary sustainability. With around 70% fewer emissions in the production process than conventional HR foam cores with a similar service life (internal calculations as of December 2023, subject to change) and 30% mass-balanced raw materials, foam.hybrid eNdura is setting new industry standards.

80% repolyol foam – 100% comfort

Milestone in the recycling of end-of-life mattresses: NEVEON has succeeded in producing high-quality foam blocks with a recycled polyol content of 80 percent and turning them into fully fledged mattresses. Old mattresses become new high-quality mattresses.
